I was craving cheese so Emily and I ran to Kroger, where they have a Murray's Cheese section, and took about 20 minutes to pick our 3 - French, Swiss, and American made. 

As soon as I got home I asked Paco if he wanted to try some and told him I am just going to go ahead and film this. This was not planned as you can see very clearly from the video quality and set up haha, but we had fun chatting about it!

The Robiola Bosina, which is similar to Brie, was SO yummy and I can't wait to buy it again and have it warmed with fig jam or spread on a baguette.
